How does the credit system work?
Each analysis costs 1 credit. Your subscription includes 10 credits per month. If you need to analyze more products, you can purchase additional credits for $2.50 each. Once you pay for an analysis, you have permanent access to view and download that report anytime.
What happens when I use all my monthly credits?
You can purchase additional credits for $2.50 each (minimum 4 credits = $10). Additional credits roll over indefinitely and never expire, while your monthly subscription credits reset to 10 each billing cycle.
